31 Week Appointment

Soo. I went super early I was soo sleepy lol. I saw the guy dr. again, he didn't check me, they will check my cervix at my next appointment in two weeks. I am measuring a week a head and baby is 4 pounds or so. My bp was 110/70 and baby's heart rate was 140. I gained a pound (grr) So all is good! :) This visit was soo in and out. I see Dr. Boyle next time and she will take her time, she always does. This dr. is nice but I guess I don't know him enough to be comfortable enough.
We did talk about my tubal though, he wants me to wait and not have it done at the hospital. So thats good for me, we did talk about that. He thought it would be best to wait until after he is born. With my PPD history and the fact It would be an on call surgery and I would most likely get bumped. Also, if I have it done right after baby comes they will have to open me up and if I wait until my uterus shrinks it can be done lapriscopically. Soo thats fine. I can take the mini pill until then.
I have the oncall list now, soo I can see who will be delivering. My favorite Dr., the one who delivered Andrew and Matthew is on call the day after my due date, I would be happy to be induced with her. I don't know why it makes much of a difference who delivers but some how it does. Crazy I know.

I have aquired new stretch marks and I feel like I am going to explode! I don't know if I can make it another 9 weeks. This kid must be huge. I can't wait to go to the Dr. on Tuesday and find out how big he is.

29 Weeks...

29 Week Appointment

Yesterday went to my appointment. I gained 6 pounds ( mostly water ) in two weeks. I was shocked. but it puts my overall weight gain about 15 pounds under normal. I was soo swelled up yesterday but she said i was doing good and as long as I didn't gain 6 pounds everytime I went to see her I am doing awesome.
I am still measuring a week a head, she thinks its going to be a "big" baby. We are going to reassess at 32 weeks and go from there. I can't have a big baby so they may induce again to avoid a c-section. Jackson is about 2 1/2 pounds now and head down still. He got all excited when she put the doppler on my tummy and kept kicking her.
My bp was 106/60 and they gave me paperwork to go get my glucose test. I am supposed to do that this morning sometime - I am sooooooo hungry and I want some sweet tea but I will have to wait until I get back from the lab.
She didn't check my cervix this time, but will next time. Told me to keep doing what I am doing and I go back in two weeks. I even got the on call list for November! yay!!!
