First AF?

wow. I have been busy doing my temps and cervical mucus and cervical position tests everyday.. What a chore. I had no idea that my cervical position moved in my cycle.. No wonder it hurts sometimes and not other times when I have sex. My AF arrived today.. My first one since my surgery.

Post Op Appointment

Went to see Dr. Boyle today for my post op appointment. She said everything is looking back to normal, except I gained 5 pounds in the last two weeks. She also said I was ovulating when she checked me and didn't scold me for breaking my pelvic rest oath. She said I could go ahead and start trying to concieve. I mentioned that I was going to do basal body temping, and all that good stuff.. She said that was a good idea. She took me off of the anti-depression meds I was put on 10 days ago.. I said my sadness was managable and if I had the go ahead to ttc I would be able to cope. Apparently the meds have severe birth defects as a side effect. SOo I am off to Target to buy a Basal Thermometer..
